Salt Lake has some fantastic consignment shops. Not only can you find unique pieces (you know, the ones that start conversations when you have friends over), but you can find those pieces at really reasonable prices. And as a bonus, buying used furniture is a big win for the environment.
Here are a few of the best Salt Lake furniture consignment shops! I hope you’ll check them out and tell me what you think of them. Also, let me know about your favorite places to find unusual furniture and home décor.
emiliejayne
Address: 801 S 8th E, Salt Lake City
Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday–Saturday
This is THE place if you’re looking for unusual vintage finds in Salt Lake City. For a small shop, they have a remarkably high turnover rate. (Translation: you see something good, you better buy it because it won’t be there when you go back for it.)
This is also the perfect place to window shop because everything is artfully arranged (by color!). It has the carefully curated feel of a high-end shop. Plus, emiliejayne’s staff is friendly and the prices are very good—what more could you ask for in a consignment shop?

Now and Again specializes in HIP with a capital H. They have vintage, retro, and antique furniture and home décor (that covers it all, right)? They really do have a remarkably big selection of items.
This is the place to go if you’re looking for something a little nutty to give your home some unexpected character. You seriously never know what you’re going to see when you walk into this place, which is kind of exciting!
